1. Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to the AURIQUE digital workspace and e-commerce platform. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including browsing our catalog, customizing designs, and purchasing fine jewelry.

By accessing this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a legal guardian) and possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration & Usage

To purchase jewelry or manage your profile details, you must authenticate through our secure client portal.

• Passwordless Access: Authentication is handled securely via social sign-in methods. We do not collect or store passwords.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of the devices used to access your client portal. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized activity on your account.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete personal details (first name, last name, phone number, and shipping addresses) as required.

3. Product Information & Integrity

We strive to display our luxury jewelry collections with absolute visual and description accuracy:

• Gemstones & Metal Weights: All metal weights (18-karat gold, platinum) and gemstone details (carat weight, color, clarity) are approximations and are certified by independent gemological laboratories where noted.
• Exclusivity: Due to the handcrafted nature of our atelier jewelry, minor variations may exist between the online product photography and the physical piece delivered to you.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on the AURIQUE website are denominated in **Bangladeshi Taka (৳)**.

• Price Changes: Due to the fluctuating market prices of gold, platinum, and high-grade precious gems, AURIQUE reserves the right to adjust listed prices at any time without prior notice.
• Local Taxation: Listed prices are subject to applicable value-added tax (VAT) as dictated by the National Board of Revenue (NBR) of Bangladesh. Taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

5. Orders & Payment Processing

All orders are subject to stock availability and validation by our concierge team.

• Payment Gateway: All online transaction payments are processed securely through our licensed payment gateway partners, supporting domestic credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and local internet banking channels.
• Bespoke / Custom Orders: Bespoke custom jewelry orders require a non-refundable upfront deposit before design work and gemstone cutting begin.

6. Shipping, Handover & Verification

At launch, AURIQUE only ships within the territory of **Bangladesh**. International shipping capability may be added at a later date.

• Delivery Verification: Due to the high value of our fine jewelry shipments, a signature and proof of identity (such as a National ID or passport) of the registered buyer are strictly required upon delivery.
• Shipping Timelines: Standard orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days inside Dhaka, and 5–7 business days outside Dhaka. Custom/Bespoke orders require 15–25 business days for artisanal crafting.
• Delivery Risks: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon successful delivery signature and physical handover of the parcel.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We take pride in our artisanal heritage, but if you are not fully satisfied:

• Return Policy: You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receipt for standard catalog items. The jewelry must be completely unworn, in its original luxury presentation box, and accompanied by all certificates, tags, and receipts.
• Exclusions: Custom-made, bespoke, engraved, or modified jewelry items cannot be returned or refunded.
• Cancellations: Order cancellation requests for standard items must be submitted within 24 hours of placement. Custom order cancellations are not accepted once gemstone setting begins.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment channel through our payment gateway within 7–10 business days.

8. Lifetime Care & Warranty

Every AURIQUE creation is covered by our **1-Year Manufacturing Warranty**, protecting against structural or setting defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidental impact, harsh chemicals, improper handling, or third-party alterations.

We also provide complimentary lifetime professional inspection, stone tightening, and steam cleaning in our official atelier.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, products, photographs, descriptions, graphics, logos, and digital code featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of AURIQUE, protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Bangladesh and international treaties.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from AURIQUE management.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the **People's Republic of Bangladesh**.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including purchases, delivery, or refunds, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
